To coordinate, lead preparation and/or participate of key Project documentation and Procedures, including but not limited to the Project Execution Plan, Project Quality Plan, Project Interface Management Plan, Project Risk Management Plan, ESHIA, Risk Register and Schedule.
To coordinate and be part of technical exchanges with Contractors, Project technical teams, and other Projects.
To follow-up cost and schedule
To support and follow-up the preparation of procurement services activities.
to support and follow up the preparation of all construction contracts - not limited to: site levelling, pipelines installation, Phase 2.
be active in the project interface management activities working closely with Interface Engineer.
To coordinate multi-disciplinary input to the technical and commercial evaluation of the tenders in the framework of the Tender Evaluation Plan, preparing the Recommendation to Award for FEED
to participate and contribute to audits of quality procedures related to the project.
Manage and coordinate discrete tasks and work scopes as requested by line management.
To coordinate CFT process and external engineering studies with internal and external stakeholders and internal discipline engineering teams to ensure timelines are respected and processes followed.
Lead, organize and manage technical reviews and exchanges with all involved parties
Coordinate with other Project disciplines and contractors by informing, supporting, and/ or requesting information for a proper interface and risk management.
Ensure that any potential problems are anticipated and escalated/communicated to management in a timely manner and that appropriate contingencies are put in place to manage the same.
To be responsible to review contractor deliverables including project execution plans, project quality plans, quality control plans, audit schedules and key project management documentation.
To review key contractor engineering procedures to ensure logical process flow, design planning, design verification, quality control of document structure and format, and logical interface with procurement and construction.
To participate and potentially lead regular internal and external weekly, monthly meetings
