Position Overview:
Emnoca LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR departments daily operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job vacancies screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing HR documentation and responding to employee inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
