Sales Account Manager Packaging

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Account Manager Packaging to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth for our innovative packaging solutions. As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships understanding customer needs and developing tailored sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their specific packaging needs and challenges
  
• Identify and qualify potential new customers generating leads and converting them into paying clients
  
• Effectively present and sell the companys comprehensive range of packaging solutions highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages
  
• Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitable transactions while maintaining customer satisfaction
  
• Provide ongoing customer support addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  
• Track and analyze sales performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  
• Stay uptodate on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities
  
• Contribute to the development and execution of the companys overall sales strategy
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
  
• 5 years of proven experience in sales preferably in the packaging industry
  
• A track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
