Responsibilities
• Provide consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
• Act as point of contact for guests and represent all standards of Arabian Cultural Connection program
• Participate in Rotana Service Distinction program by welcoming guests, attending to guests in queue, etc.
• Use Tablet Registration tool to register guests
• Extend personal service and attention to Club Rotana, VIP Guests, and Rotana Rewards Guests
• Proactively meet arriving guests at main entrance
• Seek out revenue opportunities such as taking restaurant reservations
• Maintain and promote knowledge of hotel and local services
• Deal promptly and pleasantly with any guest queries
