Job Description
Position: Residential Care Home Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £42,000 + Benefits
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with an expanding care home provider to recruit a Residential Care Home Manager for their Residential Home based in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider with all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to adults over 65 years of age.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
- Stage One – Zoom interview with the SMT
- Stage Two - Face to face interview with the Director
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within residential care homes
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
