GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER II - DP World

• Lead strategic discussions and ideation sessions with business leaders to form productive and trusting relationships.
• Translate highlevel business requirements into detailed technical specs and aggressively unblock the engineer teams to execute fast
• Assesses market competition by benchmarking with competitors products
• Defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.
• You will be given the opportunity to autonomously deliver the technical direction of the service and the feature roadmap.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP Worlds Principles values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP Worlds Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Cultivate product positioning and benefit statements partnering with the marketing and communication team to create collateral that generates excitement and makes it easy for our potential customers to adopt and understand the benefits.
• Define a thoughtful detailed and executable rollout strategy for new features releases and products.
• Write business cases perform ROIs and prioritize and write user stories; partner with product development team to break things down and plan them into releases.
• Focus on building value for our business not just features; develop innovative and unique product offerings by leveraging knowledge of the key market challenges that already exist in competitor products.
Facilitate crossfunctional communication and decisionmaking while also developing key stakeholder relationships in various locations.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in Business Science Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Masters degree is a plus
• 8 years of experience in product management with software implementation requirement through discovery/definition design development client acceptance launch and ongoing support management.
• Ability to apply innovative approaches to solving complex technical issues.
• Knowledge in Freezone Container Yard and Warehouse Business is a plus.
• Knowledge in Business Process Reengineering
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Systems Analysis and Design
• Strengths in problem solving issueresolution ability to work in a deadlinedriven work environment attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to influence others as well as ability to think clearly analyze quantitatively and prioritize with sound judgement.
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products. Experience incorporating product and operations feedback to craft long term vision and quarterly roadmaps.
• Business acumen and curiosity to learn and become an expert on a complex product
