Job Description
- Ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with companys policies and applicable laws.
- Manage issues in operations on day-to-day basis.
- To conform to all QHSE requirements as per project and ensuring operations runs as per QHSE requirements.
- Plan, costing, scheduling and coordinating all necessary project requirements.
- Manage the project reporting.
- Ensure all deliverables are met.
- Visit and audit operations on rigs and base operations
- Review of daily reports
- Attend operational meeting at Client office weekly and submit with necessary reports as and when requested by client.
- To perform any other duties and functions, as and when required, as assigned by the Country Manage
- Preparing, reviewing & developing proposals; ensuring deals deliver value; driving competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Negotiating with customers participating in several technical & commercial clarification meetings either virtual or in person. Travel mobility & flexibility is expected, sometimes at short notice.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Formulating bid strategy in partnership with Sales Teams, identify Deal and Risk review requirements in addition to obtaining necessarily business approvals.
- Coordinating with functions involving application engineering, finance etc. during phase & proposal development.
- Handling products (DWM business) and Solutions requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Requirements
- Applicant should have UAE/GCC Experience 7-8years in solid waste management
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Should have UAE driving license
