Sales Executive

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials or similar industry with a reputation as a go getting achiever and highly self-motivated
  
• Demonstrate a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and form work suppliers with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction / furniture - related retail businesses in the UAE/GCC region.
  
• Successful client account management.
  
• Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales visits.
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions orconferences
  
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years UAE experience in Building materials, pipes, sanitary, construction equipments
  
• Must have UAE Driving license
  
• Graduate in Business Administration
