Job Description
? Develop new recipes for seasonal and regular menus.
? Meet with VIP customers to discuss details and planning of menu for special occasion/events
? Approve orders for new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.
? Controlling and directing the food preparation process to ensure the quality of dishes before they reach the customer
? Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
