- Take responsibility for the Desserts and Pastry section production
- Supervise the daily operation of the Pastry section
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
- Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has any culinary degree/diploma
- Has minimum one year (1) experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
- Has a creative and an eye for details
- Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
- Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
