1. Coordinate with various government authorities and support clients throughout their business setup/company formation, company amendment/restructuring process, company termination/deregistration, or any ancillary services required.
2. Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
3. Based on client services requirements, preparation of proposals, quotations, and invoices.
4. Assisting companies renewal incorporated by us, as well as new customers who require such services from us
5. Maintaining all documents related to daily tasks and supporting operational and archival purposes.
1-2 years of relevant work experience Business Setup/Incorporation, Company -Restructuring, Trade License Renewal, Company Liquidation, experience in bank account opening assistance and Visa processing
Knowledge about the mainland, Free zones, and offshore Company setup processes.
Knowledge of Visa/PRO services
Knowledge of government regulation, and compliance requirements in the UAE
Good Communication Skills
Experience dealing directly with clients and government agencies
