CRO

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Head of CRO to deliver the agreed strategy
• Customer-centric, revenue-driven and a true optimiser by heart
• Owns the experimentation roadmap and end to end programme focusing on excelling conversion revenue across our brand portfolio and markets.
• Passionate about CRO and its potential in our organisation, advocate for continuous learning, testing, and improving digital experiences.
• Technical and data insights savvy, well organized and able to lead, set up and analyze experiments.
• Passionate about CRO and its potential in our organisation, advocate for continuous learning, testing, and improving digital experiences.
• Excellent people management and communication skills to form strong relationships with the brand stakeholders, the role will drive all communication and reporting bringing exposure to the conversion results and program visibility across business units.
• Exceptional project management – from planning to delivery. Accountable for continuously monitor and report as the key point of contact for all CRO projects.
• Ensures CRO projects and platform enhancements are delivered efficiently on time, providing tangible ROI and meeting our quality standards including QA, stability, and security.
• Team mentorship and oversight of direct report (CRO Officer)
• Owns relevant external supplier relationships.
