Product Optimization:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify and prioritize growth opportunities within the product, such as user onboarding flows, feature enhancements, and conversion funnels.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate hypotheses, iterating on product improvements baUsed on user feedback and data analysis.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, and conversion, using analytics tools to track performance and identify trends.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing growth initiatives and outcomes, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving significant user growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other growth hacking techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
