Auditor

❖ Execution of external audit engagements of various clients. ❖ Handle the firm’s clients ❖ Understand and utilize MBG’s Audit Methodology. ❖ Knowledge and ability to use proficiently standard office software’s, including word-processing, databases and spreadsheets. ❖ Well-developed organization and time management skills, and the ability to work on own initiative, accurately to tight deadlines, and to prioritize between conflicting demands ❖ Ability to coach and develop junior members of the team ❖ Strong communication, leadership and project management skills ❖ Identify and communicate to the Client how the vast depth of IFRS and IAS knowledge coupled with tailor-made products and services that can be leveraged to build appropriate solutions for the Customers. Conduct periodic research and report market intelligence on competitive activity. Provide timely and constructive feedback to internal units to improve/structure service offerings. Enable and leverage the revenue growth opportunities for the MBG Group as a whole and the Audit areas in particular. Ability to do cross selling of other services of the firm.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications : CPA/CA/ACCA Experience ❖ 2- 5 years of experience in a Audit with Professional Services Firm in UAE or Middle East. ❖ Licensed CPA/ICAP/ICAI/ICAEW/ACCA. ❖ Exposure to providing audit services to clients across a variety of industries ❖ Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Auditing Standards (IAS) ❖ Willingness and ability to travel. Personal Attributes ❖ Exhibit the highest standards of professional integrity and business ethics. ❖ Very good communications skills, both oral and written. ❖ Strong inter-personal skills. ❖ Open to new ideas from internal and external customers. ❖ Strong international outlook and cross cultural exposure.
