It has also recently moved from a cost centre business process to a profit centre business concept and since its most important asset is its people the company will need to ensure that systems and processes are embedded in its organization that engage them more fully with the company's business and be seen as adding value in all that thet achieve. Our main role is to explore, develop and produce hydrocarbons within the State of Kuwait, promote the care and development of our people and deliver on our commitments to our stakeholders in a compliant, profitable, safe and environmentally responsible manner. The Company activities had extended to include exploration operations, on-shore and off-shore surveys, drilling of test wells, and developing of producing fields in addition to crude and natural gas exploration.
