The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is a public non-profit, independent, coeducation institution of higher education which delivers an integrated American-style, undergraduate and graduate education with a strong focus on the local indigenous culture. AURAK located at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah Road, Ras al Khaimah, UAE, PO Box: 10021, has earned Accreditation through the Commission for Academic Accreditation of the Ministry of Education for all degrees offered at the institution. All our current Engineering Programs are accredited by the American Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET). In addition, our School of Business has received a letter from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accepting its initial self-evaluation report. The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is an independent co-education institution of Higher Education that provides an integrated American-style, undergraduate and graduate education. All programs are accredited by the Ministry of Education of the UAE, and the university recently received initial accreditation through SACSCOC in the United States. The American model of higher education ensures not only skills in specific academic fields, but also a general education curriculum that exposes students to new ideas and ways of thinking critically about local and global issues.
