Job Title: Junior Sales Executive (FMCG)
Locations:
- Al Ain
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Junior Sales Executives for a leading FMCG distribution trading client in multiple UAE locations. The ideal candidates must have their own vehicle and a strong passion for sales client acquisition and market expansion. This role offers growth opportunities with performance-based incentives.
- Develop and manage retail and wholesale FMCG client accounts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Handle daily sales reporting and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
Requirements
- Must have own car (mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Experience in FMCG sales preferred (junior profiles accepted)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
