Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through active selling managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires a target-driven commercially minded professional who can operate in competitive markets and consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Proactively source qualify and convert new sales leads through cold calling networking referrals and digital channels.
Conduct client meetings product presentations site visits and demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to successfully close deals.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Manage after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Prepare sales forecasts activity reports and market feedback for management.
Track competitor activity market trends and customer insights.
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing operations finance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies pricing structures and contractual guidelines.
Participate in sales meetings training programs and performance reviews
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field (preferred).
46 years of proven sales experience preferably in real estate corporate sales FMCG luxury goods or service-based industries.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet aggressive sales targets.
Experience managing the full sales cycle.
