About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established hospitality group based in Dubai UAE known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and high standards of service. Operating within the vibrant F&B industry the company specializes in creating welcoming environments that combine quality cuisine excellent customer service and memorable guest experiences. With a strong focus on operational excellence and growth the organization continues to expand its presence in the competitive hospitality market across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete operations management including indoor and outdoor seating service quality and service facilities
Lead the HR team for training performance appraisals roster management and disciplinary matters
Food and beverage quality control
Ensure compliance and licensing requirements are met in accordance with local authority regulations
Coordinate marketing and social media activities to promote the restaurant
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fresh produce beverages and shisha and maintain inventory
Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports for ownership
Requirements
Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume F&B establishment
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE
Prior experience in Lebanese Middle Eastern or multi-cuisine restaurant operations is an advantage
Experience managing 24-hour or late-night hospitality venues is preferred
Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
Proficiency in POS systems reservation platforms and Microsoft Office
Sound knowledge of Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and UAE labor law
