ملخص الوظيفة
- Complete operations management including indoor and outdoor seating service quality and service facilities
- Lead the HR team for training performance appraisals roster management and disciplinary matters
- Food and beverage quality control
- Ensure compliance and licensing requirements are met in accordance with local authority regulations
- Coordinate marketing and social media activities to promote the restaurant
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fresh produce beverages and shisha and maintain inventory
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports for ownership
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume F&B establishment
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE
- Prior experience in Lebanese Middle Eastern or multi-cuisine restaurant operations is an advantage
- Experience managing 24-hour or late-night hospitality venues is preferred
- Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
- Proficiency in POS systems reservation platforms and Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and UAE labor law
