Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and help them identify and hire top talent
Source and attract candidates using various sourcing strategies including social media job boards and professional networks
Conduct initial screenings interview candidates and provide recommendations to clients for hiring
Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding
Keep up-to-date with market trends competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates building a network of professional contacts to support future business growth
Meet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure the success of the business
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an agency setting
Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven and highly motivated with a proven track record of success in recruitment
Knowledge of the latest recruitment tools and technologies
