Job Summary
This role combines front-of-house service as a waitress with housekeeping duties
Key Responsibilities
Provide discreet professional service including setting and clearing tables and presenting a polished dining experience.
Prepare and present hot and cold beverages; assist with light food preparation and plating as required
Maintain dining areas before during and after service: polish cutlery and glassware lay tables to required standards refresh linens and ensure crockery is clean and correctly stored.
Carry out general housekeeping duties including bed-making to a high standard when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times; respect the privacy and preferences of guests.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality waitress or housekeeping preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
Good communication and customer service skills with a professional
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure manage time effectively and follow instructions accurately.
