About the Role:
Client is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support procurement and day-to-day warehouse operations within its Dubai facility. This is a hands-on operational role focused on inventory control material availability supplier coordination and internal logistics support for ongoing interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement planning and ensure timely sourcing of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and project teams
- Supervise warehouse staff and operations
- Ensure proper material labelling and documentation
- Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support site material requests and logistics
Candidate Requirements:
- 46 years UAE experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of warehouse and procurement workflows
- Experience with wood panels and fit-out materials
- ERP or inventory system proficiency
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills
- UAE driving licence preferred
