About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and process-driven HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations within a dynamic real estate environment. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and driving efficient HR processes to support business growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & AdministrationOversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle accurate maintenance of employee records contracts and HR HR processes to improve efficiency and service HR documentation policies and Lifecycle ManagementHandle onboarding probation management confirmations and offboarding smooth employee transitions and a positive employee employee documentation including contracts visas and employee engagement and retention & Compensation ManagementOversee payroll processing in coordination with timely and accurate salary disbursements and benefits employee compensation structures and compliance with WPS and UAE labor & Labor LawEnsure adherence to UAE labor laws and company visa processing labor contracts and government-related audits and ensure HR compliance standards are updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary Systems & ReportingManage HRIS and ensure accurate data HR reports dashboards and analytics for key HR metrics such as turnover attendance and insights to support Leadership & CoordinationLead and manage the HR operations guidance training and performance with internal departments and external smooth communication across HR and business units.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.610 years of experience in HR operations preferably within real estate or construction knowledge of UAE labor laws visa processing and HR best practices.
