Job Title - General Manager/Country Manager

Location - Dubai

Salary - AED/month allowances

We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Country Manager to lead its UAE and Middle East operations.

This is a senior commercial leadership role for an individual with a strong background in cybersecurity IT distribution channel sales or enterprise technology. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth strengthening vendor and partner relationships leading high-performing teams and delivering overall business performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy across the UAE and Middle East.
• Drive revenue profitability and overall business growth.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors distributors resellers SIs and MSSPs.
• Lead mentor and grow a high-performing commercial team.
• Oversee forecasting budgeting pipeline management and operational performance.
• Represent the business with customers partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to deliver strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 8 years leadership experience within cybersecurity IT distribution channel sales or enterprise technology.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC cybersecurity and channel ecosystem.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial success.
• Experience managing P&L forecasting and business performance.
• Established network across vendors partners and enterprise customers.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with leading cybersecurity vendors such as Fortinet Palo Alto Networks F5 ServiceNow or similar technologies is highly desirable.
