Role Overview
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. Youll gain hands-on experience in recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR compliance within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment: job postings resume screening and interview scheduling * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases * Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures * Prepare HR documents including contracts letters and reports * Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications * Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Candidate Profile
Were looking for someone who has:
* A Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field * 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience will be considered) * Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) * A high level of organization attention to detail and eagerness to learn
