The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Sales Specialist to join our this role we will provide a drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager. You will be generating service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. You will be focusing on installed base penetration and sell the entire Service Product portfolio in col-elaboration with other Hitachi Energy service units. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. This role reports directly to the Local Ser-vice Sales Manager UAE.
How youll make an impact
- Preparing proposals and following up and evaluating of client enquiry documentation and interpretation of their requirements and assessment of commercial terms and conditions.
- Proactive and reactive sales of High Voltage Service & Transformer service portfolios and formulating competitive bids.
- Managing the preparation of all technical financial cash flow and operational delivery aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation indicating prices and trading conditions.
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities in contract agreements across customers/channels and planning daily activities developing and maintaining customer relations and managing customer accounts
- Establishing effective business relations with sales executives management and technical team members and preparing periodic sales reports forecasts and market plans.
- Coordinating with Service Sales Manager to decide on pricing strategies and supporting during meetings with customers.
- Proposing techno-commercial solutions according to customers requirements.
- Supervising distribution and archiving documentation issued to customers as part of tendering and contract negotiations.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
- A bachelors degree in in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Service sales Estimation & Bids Proposals and strong customer relationship skills.
- Experience working within the Energy sector
- Strong commercial technical and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed.
- UAE/GCC driving license preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
