JOB SUMMARY

Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve sales targets increase market share and maintain long-term business relationships. Identify new business opportunities prepare proposals negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare quotations proposals and contracts.
Conduct customer visits presentations and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with technical service and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports.
Follow up on payments and account receivables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications :

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field.


Additional Information :

Experience

2 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.

Skills & Abilities

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Market analysis and business development.
Proficiency in CRM
