We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager on behalf of a growing and dynamic organization based in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can oversee daily operations manage teams and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
This position will act as a key operational support and second-in-command working closely with leadership to drive efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
Lead and support the customer service team ensuring high service standards
Monitor team activities workflows and overall productivity
Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and documentation
Support account management functions when required
Coordinate across multiple teams including customer service KYC admin and support functions
Maintain and manage data across multiple platforms and databases (e.g. Google Sheets internal systems)
Ensure smooth communication between onsite and remote teams
Proactively identify operational gaps and drive improvements
Requirements
Proven experience in Office Management / Operations / Front Office Management
Background in hospitality (e.g. Front Office Manager) is highly preferred
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Confident working in a high-visibility open office environment
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Comfortable using AI tools and multiple digital platforms
Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities
Working Conditions
Location: Dubai JLT
Working Hours: Typically 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexibility required based on operations)
