About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager Landscape to drive business growth secure new projects and expand market presence within the landscaping irrigation outdoor infrastructure and horticulture sectors. The role involves building strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities managing the sales pipeline and contributing to the companys revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within landscape construction maintenance irrigation and outdoor development projects.
Generate leads through networking market research referrals and industry engagement.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across public and private sector projects.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers consultants contractors architects and government entities.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable landscape solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Tendering & Proposal Management
Identify upcoming projects and prequalification opportunities.
Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Review tender documents project requirements and scope of work.
Lead negotiations and support contract finalization processes.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
Identify emerging opportunities within landscaping infrastructure hospitality residential and commercial sectors.
Develop market penetration strategies and growth initiatives.
Provide market insights and business forecasts to senior management.
Project Handover & Coordination
Work closely with estimation operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Ensure client expectations and project requirements are clearly communicated internally.
Support project teams during execution when required to maintain client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for additional services.
Revenue & Performance Management
Achieve annual sales targets and profitability objectives.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities proposals and contracts.
Prepare sales forecasts pipeline reports and business development updates.
Track key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Civil Engineering Landscape Architecture Horticulture or a related field.
510 years of experience in business development sales or account management within landscaping construction infrastructure or related industries.
Proven track record of securing landscape construction or maintenance projects.
Strong understanding of the UAE landscaping and construction market.
