Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our ladies fitness center in Shiab Al Ashkhaar - Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role also includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the studio as well as a willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities through provided training.
Working Hours:
9 working hours per day
1-hour break
6 working days per week (Friday off)
6 working days per week (Friday off)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle check-ins class bookings and membership registrations
Answer phone calls WhatsApp messages and general inquiries
Provide accurate information about classes schedules and services
Manage payments receipts and basic cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio area at all times
Perform full cleaning and sanitization of the studio before and after classes
Ensure all equipment and surfaces are properly disinfected and ready for use
Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in promoting memberships packages and retail products
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
Requirements
Female candidate (for a ladies-only fitness environment)
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
Basic computer skills (booking systems Microsoft Office etc.)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Friendly presentable and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
