Apt Resources is seeking a professional and motivated Waitress to join a reputable restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring every guest has a pleasant dining experience.
This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handle customer inquiries offer menu recommendations and address any concerns or complaints.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waitress in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good presentation and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
