People & Development Intern

We are seeking an organized and efficient Learning & Development Admin Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This internship opportunity offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in supporting the Learning & Development department of a growing organization.
- Assist in the administration and coordination of training programs and workshops
- Support the maintenance and updating of the companys Learning Management System (LMS)
- Help prepare training materials including presentations handouts and e-learning content
- Contribute to the organization and scheduling of training sessions
- Assist in tracking attendance and completion rates for various learning initiatives
- Support the team in data entry report generation and basic analysis of training metrics
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks related to L&D projects
- Help maintain organized digital and physical files of training resources and participant records
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
