WHATS ON YOUR PLATE

HR Systems Management

• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors)

• Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance

• Support system upgrades testing and implementations

Data & Reporting

• Generate HR reports (headcount turnover onboarding etc.)

• Assist in building dashboards and analytics

• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies 

• Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in systems

• Maintain HR process documentation and SOPs

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

User Support

• Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries

• Troubleshoot basic system issues

• Train HR team members on system usage

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies

• Support audits and data validation processes

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration IT or related field

• 13 years in HR operations HRIS or a data-related role is preferred

• Experience with HR systems (Workday SAP Oracle etc.) is a plus

• *MUST have a UAE Family Book*

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Analytical mindset

• Good communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information.
