Admin and Sales support

In alignment with the UAE Governments Emiratisation strategy and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) this position is designated exclusively for UAE Nationals as part of our 2025 Emiratisation targets.

Job Summary:

Were seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to follow up on invoicing statement of account payment collection follow-up sales order forecasting and processing and revenue forecasting. The successful candidate will monitor timely and accurate invoicing follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track customer invoices

- Follow up on outstandingpayments and resolve any issues

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

- Ensure revenue forecast and recognition is accurately recorded and reported

Requirements:

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office( Excel PowerPoint and Word)

- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
