ملخص الوظيفة
We are inviting applications from motivated talents for an entry-level Emiratization role. Candidates will be assessed and placed in one of the following departments based on aptitude and business needs: Finance Human Resources or PRO/Government Relations.
Role Overview
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with documentation data entry and record management
- Coordinate with teams and support reporting activities
Track Responsibilities (Based on Assignment)
- Finance: Assist with invoices basic accounting and reconciliations
- HR: Support onboarding employee records and interview coordination
- PRO: Assist with visa processing documentation and government coordination
Learning & Development
- Participate in structured training programs
- Gain hands-on experience and exposure across functions
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic MS Office skills
- Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
