A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage credit & collection activities for assigned UAE customer portfolios in line with Medtronic policies.
• Follow up on overdue receivables ensuring timely collection escalation and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with customers Sales Customer Care Logistics Finance and Legal to resolve disputes and unblock payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliations ensuring accuracy of balances and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Ensure customers receivables is regularly reviewed followed up and cleared.
• Connect professionally with customer inquiries via email and phone and regular field visit.
• Ensure full compliance with Medtronic credit policies local regulations and audit requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit collections or cash operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE customer payment cycles and collection practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is a must.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently manage priorities and meet collection targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook and general MS Office tools.
• Experience with SAP / FSCM is a Plus.
