JWD Real Estate is a boutique luxury real estate firm based in Fountain Views Dubai Mall Downtown Dubai. We specialize in curating exclusive investment opportunities off-plan advisory and premium resale and rental services across Dubais most desirable communities. With a minimal high-end brand approach and a strong presence on platforms like Property Finder Instagram and LinkedIn were redefining how real estate is done in Dubai one deal one relationship one brand-building moment at a time.
Tasks
- Generate and manage property listings across portals and internal CRM
- Conduct property viewings with prospective clients
- Guide buyers and tenants through the entire process from initial inquiry to final closing
- Build long-term client relationships through market knowledge and timely follow-ups
- Negotiate offers between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords to achieve successful outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan launches and secondary market trends
- Coordinate with developers mortgage providers and DLD as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic Russian Mandarin Urdu/Hindi are a plus)
- Familiarity with Property Finder Bayut and real estate CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and client-first attitude
- Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Professional grooming and presentable appearance
- RERA certification (can be arranged after joining)
