About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager & ERP Lead to oversee the organizations IT infrastructure and lead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives within a dynamic oil & gas services environment. The role involves managing IT operations ensuring system efficiency and driving digital transformation through effective ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations ManagementOversee daily IT operations including networks servers systems and high availability performance and reliability of IT IT support services and resolve technical issues IT policies procedures and system documentation.
ERP Implementation & ManagementLead ERP system implementation upgrades and with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system ERP system integration with other business ERP performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Digital Transformation & System Optimization Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital initiatives across systems are aligned with business needs and scalability and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
IT Security & ComplianceEnsure data security backup and disaster recovery processes are in compliance with IT governance and regulatory cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and regular system audits and risk assessments.
Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and manage the IT team ensuring performance and with external vendors consultants and service IT budgets procurement and vendor training and support to users on IT systems and ERP platforms.
Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare reports on IT performance system usage and project with senior management to align IT strategy with business technical guidance and recommendations to effective communication between IT and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.812 years of experience in IT management with strong exposure to ERP in oil & gas engineering or project-based industries is experience in ERP implementation and system integration projects.
