We are working with a leading infrastructure organization that is strengthening its internal communication and employee engagement strategy across multiple entities.
They are looking for an Internal Communications Manager who can build manage and execute internal communication initiatives in a structured yet fast-evolving environment.
This is a standalone role ideal for someone who has worked both in-house and within a communications/marketing agency.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing all internal communication channels ensuring clear consistent and engaging communication across the organization.
You will work closely with leadership and different departments reporting directly to the Head of Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the internal communication strategy
Create and manage employee communication content (announcements newsletters emails intranet content)
Support leadership communication (messages updates key initiatives)
Ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms
Plan and manage internal campaigns and engagement initiatives
Work closely with HR and leadership on employee engagement programs
Manage internal communication calendars and timelines
Gather feedback and measure effectiveness of communication initiatives
Ensure communication aligns with organizational values and transformation goals
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field
48 years of experience in internal communications
Experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly preferred
Experience in large organizations infrastructure or government-linked entities is an advantage
Comfortable working in a standalone role
Skills
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience in employee engagement and internal campaigns
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong planning and organizational skills
Creative approach to communication
Language & Preference
English: Required
Arabic: Preferred
UAE Nationals (Emirati): Preferred
Arabic speakers: Strong advantage
Required Skills:
