Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant you will assist clients with property purchases sales and leases. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert real estate consultancy building client relationships conducting market analysis showcasing properties and closing deals. Responsibilities
- Acquire new listings through consistent cold outreach supported by C&M guidance
- Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with landlords and investors
- Design and execute personal leadgeneration campaigns to grow your pipeline
- Manage client needs and close both rental and sales transactions efficiently
What Success Looks Like
- 1 closed transaction per month within your first 90 days
- 20 active listings by month 4
- 35000 AED in monthly commissions by month 7
