Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant you will assist clients with property purchases sales and leases. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert real estate consultancy building client relationships conducting market analysis showcasing properties and closing deals. Responsibilities

Acquire new listings through consistent cold outreach supported by C&M guidance
Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with landlords and investors
Design and execute personal leadgeneration campaigns to grow your pipeline
Manage client needs and close both rental and sales transactions efficiently

What Success Looks Like

1 closed transaction per month within your first 90 days
20 active listings by month 4
35000 AED in monthly commissions by month 7
