ملخص الوظيفة
- Experience with fire safety inspections audits and compliance tracking
- Proficiency in developing and managing digital inspection tools and dashboards
- Familiarity with UAE fire safety regulations and international standards (e.g. NFPA OSHA)
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment engaging with teams from operations facilities HR and leadership.
- Experience in developing and managing inspection tools safety checklists and digital tracking systems.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creating a culture of safety and accountability
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering HSE or Fire Safety
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong strategic thinking skills to proactively identify risks and implement effective safety measures.
- Excellent soft skills including communication empathy and the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to analyze safety data identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional programs from planning through execution ensuring timely and effective implementation aligned with organizational goals.
