Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering HSE or Fire Safety
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong strategic thinking skills to proactively identify risks and implement effective safety measures.
- Excellent soft skills including communication empathy and the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to analyze safety data identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional programs from planning through execution ensuring timely and effective implementation aligned with organizational goals.
