In this role your responsibilities will be:

• Assist in the day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding offboarding and maintaining personnel records.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to policy development and compliance.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in the development of creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Engage with candidates and hire managers to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs for employees at various levels.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.
• Coordinate and schedule employee development sessions.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
• Support the Total Rewards team in the development and enhancement of payroll-related policies and programs.

For this role you will need.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR with a desire to gain practical experience in various HR functions.
