The E2E Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and complex programs across multiple organizations and functional areas. This role requires strong program management capabilities executive communication skills and the ability to coordinate dependencies across engineering product operations infrastructure security and business stakeholders.
The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of project execution including planning governance risk management milestone tracking escalation handling and delivery management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership problem-solving and collaboration skills while operating independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs from initiation through deployment and operational handoff.
- Develop and manage project plans timelines milestones dependencies and RAID logs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering Product Management Operations Infrastructure Security and Business organizations.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate program review meetings and executive status updates.
- Identify program risks blockers and dependencies while driving mitigation and resolution plans.
- Track scope schedules deliverables and overall program health.
- Support release readiness go-live planning and post-launch stabilization activities.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards reports and communications.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance quality standards and operational processes.
- Continuously improve program execution methodologies and operational efficiency.
