Solution Consultant MENA (ONESOURCE Tax & E-Invoicing Solutions)
Location: Dubai UAE (covering Middle East & North Africa region)
Department: Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
Reports to: Regional Sales Director Tax & E-Invoicing Solutions
Were seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solution Consultant to partner with our Sales team in driving growth across the MENA region. Youll lead the technical and functional positioning of ONESOURCE Tax Solutions and Pagero E-Invoicing solutions. This role blends tax domain expertise with technology consulting ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of compliance ERP systems and digital transformation.
About the Role
As an Solution Consultant with Thomson Reuters you will:
- Engage with CFOs Tax and IT leaders to understand their indirect tax and e-invoicing needs.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations workshops and value-based presentations tailored to customer challenges.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures leveraging ONESOURCE and Pagero capabilities.
- Support RFP/RFI processes with detailed functional and technical responses.
- Collaborate with Sales Product and Partner teams to develop go-to-market strategies and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Stay informed about evolving VAT/e-Invoicing regulations across GCC & MENA markets.
- Provide thought leadership through webinars events and customer advisory sessions.
About You
Youre a fit for the role of Solution Consultant if your background includes:
- 610 years of experience in Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales for enterprise tax ERP or compliance solutions.
- Strong understanding of VAT/GST E-Invoicing mandates and global indirect tax processes.
- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) is strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure to ONESOURCE Pagero or similar tax automation solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex solution cycles across multi-country deals.
- Arabic speaking skills would be an added advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting IT or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
