Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Software Sales Specialist to join our team at New Technology System(link removed) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the insurance industry excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients across C-level and functional stakeholders. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle for insurance software solutions (e.g. goXsure and related platforms).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies brokers and third-party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East.
- Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities(link removed)>
- Collaborate with pre-sales delivery and product teams to develop solution proposals demos and presentations.
- Represent New Technology System at industry events client meetings and solution workshops(link removed)>
- Prepare and execute account plans sales strategies and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry selling core or digital insurance solutions.
- Good understanding of insurance workflows (policy claims underwriting reinsurance etc..
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills(link removed)>

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with core insurance systems CRM platforms and digital front-office solutions.
- Experience working with public sector or regulatory bodies in insurance is a plus.
- Strong network of industry contacts in the Middle East insurance sector.
