Strategic Consulting Graduate - UAE Nationals Program

About the Program: JLL a world leader in real estate services is proud to offer an exclusive Strategic Consulting Graduate Program for UAE Nationals. This program is designed to develop top Emirati talent and launch careers in the dynamic field of real estate consulting. Participants will work on impactful projects for our clients while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to accelerate their professional growth in the real estate sector.

Program Overview: Our program focuses on strategic real estate consulting and offers:

• Hands-on experience working on real client projects from day one.
• Comprehensive training in JLLs consulting methodologies and real estate business skills.
• Mentorship from experienced JLL consultants and industry leaders.
• Opportunities to contribute to the UAEs vision and real estate development goals.

What this job involves:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing complex real estate data to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the UAE and regional real estate markets.
• Develop financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support real estate investment recommendations.
• Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and reports on property valuation market analysis and development feasibility.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for client challenges in real estate strategy and operations.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops under the guidance of senior JLL consultants.
• Support the development of proposals for new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Engage in continuous learning about global and local real estate trends and best practices.

Desired skills and experience for this:

• UAE National.
• Bachelors degree in any business-related field (graduated within the last two years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate urban planning or related fields.
