We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our specialty outlet. As a key member of our culinary team you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen ensuring the highest standards of food quality presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate activities within a designated section of the kitchen
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in menu planning and cost control initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications :
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Proven expertise in specialty cuisine and current culinary trends
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in menu planning food preparation and presentation techniques
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and plating
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
