Role Overview:

Were on the lookout for a passionate Pool & Beach Supervisor to enhance our serene pool and beach environment ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. As our Pool & Beach Supervisor you will lead a dedicated team in creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Your focus will be on delivering topnotch service while maintaining the beauty and safety of our pool and beach areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the pool and beach ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Lead train and inspire your team to provide exceptional service.
- Curate engaging activities that reflect our luxury brand.
- Address guest needs proactively to enhance their experience.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
Qualifications :
International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel highend restaurant or exclusive beach club.
