We are partnering with a techenabled hospitality firm and a leading provider in the luxury hospitality sector offering innovative accommodation experiences. They are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties are
- ready for guests and are always at their mint condition
- Reviewing the guests arrival and departure lists daily
- Meeting & greeting guests on their arrival; and making sure they have a smooth
- departure
- Collaborating effectively with members of the concierge and security of the properties
- Making sure all guests needs are fulfilled
- Overseeing guest experience throughout their stay from arrival to departure
- Handling all challenging situations and issues in the properties that could occur during
- guests stays
- Managing difficult communications with valued guests who are unsatisfied with our
- service product or resolution offered
- Prioritizing tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues which is essential for the
- daily running of the operation
- Working on other tasks or adhoc projects/activities as required
Qualifications
- Experience in guest relations roles within a holiday home operator in the UAE (applicant
- with no such experience will be disqualified)
- Ability to work in shifts based on rotating daily roster including on weekends and
- holidays
- UAE driving license is a must
- Dubai work experience is a must
- Fluent English speaking is mandatory
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Ability to solve tough problems on the fly
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
